How Early Should I Book a Luxury Restroom Trailer?

We recommend booking your luxury restroom trailer rental as early as possible, especially during California’s peak wedding and event season from May through October.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

All payments made to Pretty Potty are non-refundable.

If the Client cancels the reservation more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, any payments made may be applied as a credit toward a future rental date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable and non-transferable due to scheduling, staffing, logistics, and equipment reservation commitments.

If Pretty Potty is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, road closures, government actions, or unsafe site conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or apply payments toward a future event date when possible.

Please contact us as early as possible regarding any changes to your reservation.
